Never Back Down
Jake Tyler is the new kid in town and all the rich kids are picking on him. Pretty soon, though, he meets a hot girl. But then he has to fight but he doesn’t know how. But he finds a mentor! And the mentor mentors him in how to fight! Then he fights!
If you think this sounds familiar, ssshh. Some people haven’t seen that, so don’t give a spoiler OK.
Anyways, at the end he backs down.
P.S. - There are a lot of guys who are complaining that the depiction of Mixed Martial Arts in Never Back Down is going to set the Ultimate Fighting Championship back decades. I would agree with them, but I don’t really know what they’re talking about. How do you set gay dudes punching each other in the head back any farther? That’s about as old as it gets.
